I RECEIVED AN ARK ON 6/22/2007

ARK really works!
I was taken to lunch today by a church member. WOW! It really made my day! I came back to my desk refreshed and ready to give more of myself into my work!
I never dreamed I would receive an "Act Of Kindness" today! I received my ARK on a day I really needed a "Take Me Away" day. I was getting tired of breakfast and lunch diet bars! I did stick to my diet though by eating a salad.
The best part of receiving my ARK, was the fellowship with a "New" friend!!! Now, I want to perform an ARK because it really made me feel good. It was so wonderful to recieve!!! Thank you new friend, "YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!"
