MILITARY SUPPORT OVERSEAS

Our Care Team Supports many things, but one that is close to all our hearts is the troops overseas.
We adopted a Battalion in Mosul, Iraq and have sent packages of goodies, sunscreen and games to them. The troops have been so appreciative. Especially, the sunscreen. We are planning on sending letters and cards to them too. This will be an ongoing project for us.
If you want to want to get your church involved it's simple to do. call 1-800-610-8734 for a FREE Military Care it from the Post Office. Then have a Military Sunday kit drive, you can get a list of what to send and what not to send on line.
How do you find a Troop to adopt?? Do you have someone in your church deployed? You can adopt their's or someone they know. Or simply go online to Adopt a Soldier.com.
Are children need to know that they are loved here and missed terribly.
